Shipping policy
Orders will be processed within 3 - 7 business days generally. Parcels are collected every week day around 12pm
All shipping will be provided from Australia Post
I may seek other courier services at my discretion
All shipping includes a tracking number.
Unfortunately shipping time is out of my control once the parcel leaves my hands.
If your order is over $100 and you wish to add extra cover for loss or damage, please contact me so i can arrange this add on.
Alternatively, you can pick up the item from Fernvale QLD providing we are home or you have given sufficient notice. Local pickups must be made within a fortnight of order completion otherwise you will be invoiced for further shipping charges.
Once you have received your items, please inspect them to ensure no damage in transit.
I will not be able to help rectify any concerns after 72 hours
Any damage in shipment will need to be dealt with based on the shipping companies' policies.
Address Issues
Please note that your original shipping details MUST be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries due to customers providing incorrect information.
If you need an order shipped out more than once, there will be an additional fee payable to cover postage (unless the error is ours). We provide tracking details for your convenience.
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to the incorrect address being entered on the order by the customer, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to recover the order and a replacement or refund will not be issued.
Express postage is exactly that, it moves your package through the postal system at an express rate. It does not mean your order will be jumped to the top of the list or sent earlier than the above stated turn around time.
